Melissa Daniele’s Be Some Body Fitness & Pilates encourages every person who joins each class to become aware of what physical exercise contributes, not only to the body, but to the mind as well. A deepened awareness of proper form and breathing techniques will improve our health, prevent injury and ensure results!Be Some Body classes are creatively choreographed and carefully paced to strengthen muscles, boost metabolism, improve endurance, and maintain strong and healthy bones. Exercise on a regular basis will improve your memory, posture, and reverse the aging process.

Melissa is a Nutrition and Dietetics Technician Registered (NDTR), certified pilates mat instructor by The Physical Mind Institute, group fitness instructor through AFAA, and accomplished dance teacher. She received her degree in Dietetic Technology, in addition to her degree in Dance from Dean College. Now that her children are grown, Melissa is a proud grandmother of three. When she isn’t on Zoom with her community, she enjoys life at home in North Haven with her husband and their dog, Emme. She is passionate about teaching others about the benefits of exercise, nutrition, and wellness.

All you need is a mat, a device with a camera (laptop, tablet, or phone), and a small space to move. Melissa's creative choreography is designed to get results using your own body weight.What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive athletic clothing. Since you are at home, bare feet or grip socks are perfect for maintaining stability on your mat.What time zone are the classes?
